Giovanni

So I spent Friday walking around downtown with Giovanni as we shot his Senior Portraits. We had a blast and got some great shots out of it. I love when my clients wear the color red. It just brings warmth to their images.

Oh to be Forever Young

This past Saturday I followed some Madison high school seniors as they prepared to attend their senior prom. How things have changed since my prom. Special thanks to all the seniors & parents who allowed me to follow along. As promised the individual images are on my site.

Here's a sneak peek of their images set to the class song by Jay-Z.

Ruben

This weeks senior was lots of fun & up for anything. Extremely talented I had to get some shots with all his metals. Watch out Michael Phelps! Get to know Ruben as he answers my Senior Survey:
Q: What's your favorite hobby aside from swimming?
A: Paint Ball! (said with a big smile)
Q: Favorite song?
A: I listen to country... my favorite song is "The Man I Wanna Be"
Q: What do you want to be?
A: After Graduation, I plan on attending Our Lady of the Lake University but I'd like to become a US Marshall.

This young man has a great personality and no fear. Thanks for being such a sport in the cold water Ruben.

Christopher

Friday I had the pleasure of photographing an amazing young man. Born at only 2lb 2oz., doctor's prepared his family for the worst. It's a miracle he survived his first few days. As we talked during our session I was moved by his story. He's truly an inspiration. Here are a few of his answers to my Senior Survey:
Q: What do you like doing in your free time?
A: I enjoy working out. Right now I'm into Krav-Maga & listening to music.
Q: What kind of music do you listen to?
A: All kinds, from Taylor Swift to Switchfoot.
Q: What did you like best about your senior year?
A: I conquered some of my fears this year. I'm proud of my accomplishments.
Q: What do you like best about you? I'm a hard worker & a nice guy. I try to put other peoples feelings before my own.
